福與風

我的創作靈感來自我的故鄉新竹竹北，那股無所不在的風，以及東方文化裡象徵圓滿「福」字。我運用幾何圖樣抽象化福字，並重複排列組合形成連續不斷的畫面如同風的軌跡或時間的流動，再造既現代與傳統。暖色調代表著溫馨希望與生命力，如同竹北的陽光稻田或節慶燈火旨在吉祥寓意傳遞溫暖祝福給每一位觀者故鄉的溫度。重複性象徵風之綿延，連結竹北昔日風塑物產、玻璃工藝，及今之風力發電。我希望透過這三個元素表達我對故鄉土地的眷戀、對風的敬畏，還有新年的祝福。

Breeze of Grace

This artwork experiments how contrasting expressions coexist. I began by creating powerful strokes on a semi-opaque acrylic paper, marking an initial impact with empty space. Then, the subsequent gradient washes over areas both untouched and shadowed, sometimes harshly, sometimes gently, bringing a sense of release. The heart shape represents a notion of familiar warmth nestled within this gradient. These two elements are interwoven together geometrically, where the angles and curves interact and guide each other. Following this, I explored color combinations using photolithography plates, selecting hues, bringing a sense of release—like trust, flow, mystery, and comfort. Each impression is a dialogue between materials and expression. It's a reminder to cherish those precious things and loved ones that are enduring.
